Iron Property Management provides white-glove care for a select number of single-family residences — direct owner access, an in-house technician bench, and a curated vendor network for everything else.
Iron Property Management is founded and operated by Grant Souviron.
We work with a select roster of homeowners who want one team that knows their property intimately and protects it as if it were our own.
— Grant Souviron, Principal

From routine oversight to specialized work, every detail is coordinated with the same level of care, documentation, and follow-through.

IRON is derived from SouvIRON, the Souviron family name. It reflects a company built on personal accountability, reliability, and the belief that every residence should be cared for with the same attention we would expect for our own.
Our name is attached to every decision, every vendor, and every detail we oversee. That is why the standard remains personal.
Exceptional residences deserve more than scheduled maintenance and vendor coordination. They deserve someone who knows the property completely.
Iron Property Management was founded by Grant Souviron with a simple philosophy: exceptional homes should never feel managed—they should simply feel effortless to own.
Rather than assigning properties to rotating account managers, Iron intentionally serves a select number of homeowners. Every residence receives direct principal-level oversight, proactive communication, and the same care Grant would expect for his own home.
“Our clients do not hire Iron simply to manage maintenance. They hire us so they no longer have to think about it.”
